Flexible Exchange Policy

A special perk for subscribers only! Schedule conflict? Exchange your tickets for another performance — even in another series — when you are unable to attend — FREE! Exchanges must be made by calling the Philharmonic Box Office at 812.425.5050 by 4:00 p.m. on the Friday prior to the performance.

Tax-Deductible ticket turnback

Can't make a concert?  Call 812.425.5050 prior to the concert and turn back your ticket.  This will be considered a tax-deductible donation.  Turned-back tickets are then resold so your seat doesn't go empty.

Ticket Replacement

If you lose your ticket or accidentally leave them at home, we’ll replace them — FREE!

Emailed Program Notes

Grand, Classics and “Compose Your Own” subscribers with Classics concerts may receive emailed program notes prior to the concert. Program notes provide enlightening background information on the works to be performed during each Classics concerts.
