Your Classics adventure begins with a musical tour of Spain! Festive, Spanish rhythms and lively folk melodies will make you feel like dancing! Bask in sunshine. Immerse yourself in the fragrance of magnolias, the singing of birds, and the gushing of fountains as you explore palace gardens.
Considered one of the youngest and most talented virtuoso guitarists in the world, classical guitarist Ana Vidovic captivates audiences around the world. Critics say Vidovic’s playing “gently lifts you out of the work-a-day world and elevates you into a world of serene beauty”. She’ll hold you spellbound as she performs Rodrigo’s Concierto de Aranjuez. Then, Ravel’s blockbuster Boléro tops an evening of Spanish dancing – without hurting your feet!
After the concert, enjoy a free dessert reception for the entire audience hosted by the Evansville Philharmonic Crescendo Club.
