Maestro Savia Welcomes You to the 2008–2009 Special Events!

We have a number of Special Events planned this season and we hope you’ll join us. Our sparkling Opening Night Gala honoring Niel and Karen Ellerbrook kicks the season off in style!

Then, EPYO and EPYO II will demonstrate their talents in our Winter and Spring Concerts. I hope you’ll come out and support these dedicated young people.

This season we’re offering a special Sing-Along Messiah at Holy Redeemer Church. Just enjoy and listen to the Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra and Chorus perform the glorious Christmas portion of Messiah, or join in and add YOUR own voice to make this an even more memorable event.

In our annual Spring Choral Concert, the Evansville Philharmonic Chorus, under its newly appointed conductor, Dennis Malfatti, will resonate in the beautiful Saint Benedict’s Catholic Church, Evansville's cathedral. The purity of choral singing in this awe inspiring setting will make for one of the most inspring evenings of the entire season.
