Edgar Meyer

One of today's most sought after instrumentalists, double bassist Edgar
Meyer has collaborated with Yo-Yo Ma, Joshua Bell, Hank Williams, Jr.,
Garth Brooks, James Taylor and on this Opening Night, the Evansville
Philharmonic Orchestra. From Bottesini's classical piece to Meyer's own
composition infused with jazz and blues, Meyer will dazzle you with his
mastery of eclectic styles. Then, the intoxicating rhythms of La Valse
("The Waltz") will sweep you off your feet! Feel like you've had a bit
of the bubbly at a ball without ever lifting a glass. Cheers!
